Former "Friends" star Courtney Cox and her husband David Arquette face the ultimate test of their relationship if the actress ever decides to undergo plastic surgery.
Cox is an advocate for plastic surgery while Arquette is opposed to cosmetic enhancement, reports contactmusic.com.The actress said: "If I did that it would be a battle between the two of us. He doesn't like any of that stuff. I think it's easy when you're a boy to say that."
But Arquette insists he'll fight his wife all the way if she ever chooses to have a little plastic surgery. "I like how her smiles make wrinkles," he said.
