Here is a 100-day fitness challenge from India's leading author, Chetan Bhagat. We will probably see youngsters and his fans following the road soon.

He will be posting updates on social media including Twitter and Facebook. This will encourage his fans to enrol in to the fitness mania.
The author has always spoken about the significance of taking up challenges in life and it should be outside one’s comfort zone. He says: “embracing fitness as a part of our daily lifestyle can definitely make us feel and look better”.
The author has accumulated pounds after his first book “The Five Point Someone” released in 2004 and is much excited to take the 100-day fitness challenge.
The authors challenge for fitness includes: functional movement training and functional movement training. The functional movement training encompasses crossfit, running and yoga. The plan also concentrates on diet and nutrition.
