
Fitness brand Reebok has recently
initiated 'Reeboot 100' challenge. It is a 100 day fitness program for which
Author Chetan Bhagat has consented and will inspire his fans by transforming
his physique and becoming 'Fit for Life'.
"The decision to take up a
fitness challenge was difficult but also exciting at the same time. Being a
writer, my profession does not require me to be fit or have a perfectly
sculpted body and physique. However, fitness is beyond just that, and is about
the complete wellness of mind and body," said Chetan Bhagat.
He will be posting updates on social media including Twitter and Facebook. This will encourage his fans to enrol in to the fitness mania.
The author has accumulated pounds after his first book "The Five Point Someone" released in 2004 and is much excited to take the 100-day fitness challenge.
The authors challenge for fitness includes: functional movement training and functional movement training. The functional movement training encompasses crossfit, running and yoga. The plan also concentrates on diet and nutrition.
