The high intensity workout has been evolved by Jagannath, a former boxing champion and coach as an ideal way to beat stress and fight fat.

"Based on boxing I introduced aero boxing in the gym. It has received good response from the people as it is high intensity, cardiovascular workout involving strengthening and stretching and so it enhances stamina," said Jagannath, instructor.

Jagannath's clients are mainly working professionals, who after spending long hours on the desk, prefer aero boxing to sweat their way to fitness. The set of innovative exercises provides them with an ideal workout.

"We need this kind of exercise to keep up our heart rate, reduce our cholesterol and keep fit. This one hour of this exercise is equal to two hours of actual gym exercise," said Sumeet Sangvi, a fitness enthusiast.

In an era of fitness conscious world of today, people are always on a lookout for new methods of workouts and diets to help them stay in shape.

Innovative and revised forms of yoga, aerobics and other gym exercises have gained popularity in a big way. Such workouts are a welcome way for the fitness enthusiasts to fight the fat and stay fit.
