The 56-year-old actor arrived with wife Lisa Niemi, brother Don and club owner Billy Dec at the hotspot 'Underground'.
"He had scruffy facial hair and looked relaxed, laughing easily, Patrick still looked healthy and rested when he left - he didn't appear drained by the appearance at the event," US Weekly quoted an onlooker, as saying.
Patrick's willpower and zeal for life has left a mark on everybody's heart, even co-actor Kevin O'Connor is no exception.
"I loved working with him. He's just a great guy, and he cares so much about what he does. I mean, he doesn't let things go, he cares so much. So it made it easier for me, he would do the dirty work and I would just sort of coast," Connor said.
