Cancer Patients Given Makeovers to Forget Their Pain and Laugh

Twenty victims of cancer were in for a surprise and a time out from being bogged down with thoughts of the disease after a FRENCH cancer charity, The Mimi Foundation, decided to give them so wild and crazy makeovers.

. Patients' reaction was also captured and the results seemed to make them really happy.

The foundation thought of giving some of the victims these crazy makeovers after they received a response from some of the victims about what they miss most- "You know what I miss the most? Being carefree," was the response that inspired the foundation to come up with an idea to bring a smile on their faces.

The photo captures the expression, with a record of the date and the time it was taken and most significantly the moment they completely forgot about the disease.

These photographs have been set inside a 60-page book called "If only for a second".
