British Women Feel Most Stressed in Late 20s: Study
According to a recent study, women aged between 25 and 34 are more stressed people in Britain.
According to experts, at that age, British women are typically climbing the career ladder at work, caring for demanding young children at home and paying a mortgage. All these pressures mount up as they struggle to overcome the strains of busy work, family and social lives, Daily Mail reported.

Conducted by herbal stress remedy brand Kalms, the study found that two in three Britons -- 67 percent -- suffer from stress every week. Over a year, the average Briton gets stressed 208 times.

It was also found managing bills and finances in tough economic times, and struggling to fit everything into a day were the biggest causes.

The study of 2,000 adults revealed that women suffer more bouts of anxiety than men, feeling anxious more than five times each week and also finding it harder to cope with.

Men, on the other side, feel the strain four times each week, with the pressure passing more swiftly than women, it found.
