Bristol Palin Had 5 Liposuction, Plastic Surgeries: Mercede Johnston

Mercede Johnston, whose brother Levi was twice-engaged to Bristol Palin, has claimed that her former would-be sis-in-law had gone under the knife up to five times.

Mercede, 19, claimed that the Sarah Palin's daughter had undergone plastic surgeries and liposuction five times before she gave birth to Trip - her son with Levi, 22.

Liposuction About
Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure, which is used to suck out the excess or abnormal fat deposition to give a well-contoured shapely look.

"She's had numerous surgeries on her face, her chin twice or three times," the Daily Mail quoted Mercede as telling told Playboy magazine.

"Before Tripp was born she had liposuction here and liposuction elsewhere - I'm not supposed to say (where) because Levi made me promise.

"And she had something else done after Tripp was born," she added.
