Blame Your Colleagues for Making It Hard to Stick to Your Diet
Recently, a new study has revealed that sometimes people fail to stick to their dreaded diet because their work mates persuade them to eat unhealthily.
New research from Upbeat stated that 95 percent of those surveyed cite colleagues as the biggest negative influence on our food choices, admitting to giving into peer pressure to have a slice of birthday cake, the Daily Star reported.

One in two Brits made the decision to eat healthier in 2015 but despite their best intentions a third of all respondents have already caved.

Those who haven't ditched their New Year's resolutions by now are 75 percent more likely to stick to them for the rest of the year.

Dr Adam Carey, nutritional health and wellness expert said that having the willpower to eat healthily wasn't just mind over matter.

Recent research actually shows that people who have a protein rich breakfast are more likely to resist the temptation of snacking later on, he further added.
