Amy Winehouse‘s father is seeking legal advice to gain control over her cash to stop her from splurging money on drugs.
A source says that Mitch Winehouse is worried that his daughter is handing over her hard-earned money to her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.The source adds that Fielder-Civil has even told friends that he is going to start managing his celeb wife.
“Amy just hands everything over to him. And even worse Blake has been going around telling his mates that he's soon to take over managing her," the Daily Mail quoted the source, as saying.
A concerned Mitch Winehouse also told his friend that he feared that Fielder-Civil will be the reason for her untimely death, if that were to unfortunately happen.
“It makes me sick, he's the reason she'll die. I'm not going to see him get everything that she worked so hard for,” he told the friend.
It seems that the soul star hasn’t entered into a pre-nuptial agreement with Fielder-Civil.

Apparently, her label and her dad are trying to get her to sign forms so that they can control her finances while she concentrates on recovering from her addictions.
