Winehouse had been out in Camden to support 'The Hawley Arms' at their benefit gig at nightspot Dingwalls, and as she was leaving the venue, she was grabbed by a passer-by, reports The Sun.
The singer lost her cool and slapped the person on the face and then burst out into a foul-mouthed torrent of abuse.
Winehouse had attended the Hawley benefit gig, which was held to raise money for rebuilding the Camden Caners' HQ after it was ravaged by fire six months ago.
The show had been hosted by comic Noel Fielding and featured a surprise performance from Razorlight front man Johnny Borrell.
