The 24-year-old singer was interrogated at a police station in East London about the possession of drugs.
A spokesman for London's Metropolitan Police confirmed that the singer was arrested after going to the police station voluntarily.
"We can confirm that a 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs when she attended a police station by prior arrangement at 1pm today. The arrest was part of an ongoing investigation," The Sun quoted a Met spokesman, as saying.
However, she was released on bail late night after she calmed down and co-operated fully with inquiries.
The 19-minute clip, taken in January, was found on a memory stick that allegedly shows Winehouse smoking crack and snorting cocaine and powdered ecstasy.
On the same stick, Sir Bob Geldof's daughter Peaches, 19, was found offering 190 pounds to a pusher, saying: "I need to get all that stuff off you tonight. Tomorrow I need Valium."
Now, detectives want both women to give statements against the pusher who is suspected of trying to frame them.
"Those being brought in for questioning this week will be asked to give statements about the people who supplied them with drugs," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
"The dealers are the targets of the investigation," the source added.
