Sleep Disorders Rising Steadily Among Adults
More and more adults are suffering from sleep related problems since they are struggling to get their full quota of sleep necessary to keep their minds fresh.
According to a study carried out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that looked into sleeping behavior, just over 30 percent of adults struggle to get even a seven hour sleep every day, thereby increasing sleep related problems such as difficulty in concentrating at work or drowsy driving.

Over 5 percent of the adults questioned admitted that they had nodded off at least once while driving even as drowsy driving accidents have been the cause of more than 1500 fatalities annually in the United States.

“In addition to eating right and exercise, sleep is also very important, but tends to fall to the bottom of everyone's priorities”, lead researcher Anne Wheaton said.
