No More Wearing Crocs, NHS Staff Told
Health and safety reasons have been cited in the new ruling for NHS staff which forbids them from wearing crocs to work.
Though crocs are comfortable to wear and easy to clean, experts are of the opinion that it cannot protect the feet from sharp objects.

NHS nurses are not too happy with this ruling. They are of the opinion that crocs have been in use for a good many years by thousands of staff and there have been no major issues regarding its use.
