Washington, Jun 8 (ANI): 'Mean Girls' star Lindsay Lohan has slammed reality TV doctor Drew Pinsky for commenting on her drink and drugs problem.
Pinsky, 50, an addiction medicine specialist, who appears on U.S. TV show 'Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew', insisted in a recent interview that Lohan would be able to beat booze but before then she might get a "mortal wound".
"I'm convinced that she'll get sober one day. But I'm afraid that between now and then, she may get a nearly mortal wound of some type," Contactmusic quoted him as telling Parade magazine.
"I'm really convinced that something horrible is going to have to happen to her before she really gets over it and embraces sobriety. She needs to give it up. I have this image that she's going to lose a limb or something before she does," he added.
When Lohan heard the comments, she was very infuriated with Pinsky, and took to her Twitter.com page to blast him.
"I thought real doctors talk to patients in offices behind closed doors. Am I wrong? Hmmmmm. I think NOT! Yay!" she wrote.
