British singer Lily Allen has decided against designing maternity clothes, saying that it sets "a bad example".
The 22-year-old, who is pregnant with Chemical Brother boyfriend Ed Simon's baby, has a host of dresses and accessories on sale in high street chain New Look.
However, while opening the Harrods sale, Allen said that she would not be extending her designer skills to cover new mothers.
"I've had quite a lot of offers from people to do my own maternity range - but I don't think it's the right message to send to young people," The Sun quoted her, as saying.
"I'm quite young, but my demographic is young girls - and I don't think they should be buying maternity clothes," she added.
