Generous Tooth Fairies

Parents in London appear to be really generous when children lose their teeth and end up giving their children close £5.10p each time, new research has revealed. Parents in Cambridge also followed suit gifting their children about £5 per tooth.

The amount gifted by parents when children lose their tooth each time varies between cities- in some cities children were spoilt with generous amounts, while in some others children received nothing. Four out of 10 children received nothing from their parents when they lost their tooth.

Some parents paid as less as five pence per tooth.
