Susanne Butscher, the first woman to give birth after an ovarian transplant, has spoken of her 'indescribable' bliss as she held her four-day-old baby girl.
The 39-year-old, who had become infertile after attaining early menopause, had been suffering from a consequent osteoporosis and diagnosed with premature ovary failure.
