Dentist Suspended After Extracting Wrong Tooth of Patient
In a horrific incident, Kim Green, a 44-year-old mother of three from UK, who was suffering extreme pain due a root canal infection, got into the wrong hands of a careless dentist who pulled out the wrong tooth and replanted it later after taking it out from a waste bin.
The dentist realized his folly and sewed back the wrongly extracted tooth after taking it out of the waste bin, leaving the infected tooth intact without extracting it. He prescribed painkillers and asked her to fix another appointment for the tooth extraction.

Unable to bear the pain for the whole night, Green was admitted to the hospital and underwent emergency surgery where both the teeth were extracted.

The dentist has been suspended and is awaiting disciplinary hearing.
