Cigarette Packets in Australia Must Have Pictorial Health Warning
Cigarette packets without pictorial health warning will not be accepted by retailers, as per the new rule in Australia effective from Wednesday.
The Environmental Health Directorate has issued a warning to retailers that they must refuse tobacco products without pictorial health warning on them.

This stance has been taken by the government to step up awareness about the deleterious effects of tobacco and its connection to chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease.
