39-year-old Joleen Baughman is facing a unique dilemma after a car crash injury left her with pelvic nerve damage, which keeps her aroused all the time.
"It's unbearable. Just my clothes rubbing against me gets me so aroused I can hardly think straight," said Ms Baughman of New Mexico, USA. "It's very embarrassing and it's impossible to concentrate."

They would come out of nowhere and completely engulf me," she revealed. "It would last for most of the day. I was really shocked because normally I have practically no sex drive at all."
Mrs Baughman was relieved after the diagnosis as she had felt she was suffering from a psychological condition.
