The troubled singer could barely stand on her feet and experienced great difficulties talking to the police when she, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a third person were arrested at a hotel in Bergen after being found with 7g (0.25oz) of cannabis.

The three were brought to Bergen police station, where the pop star made her statement to the police around 11 pm, and admitted to smoking marihuana.

However, after spending a night in a tiny cell, Amy was released on Oct 19 with a fine of 500 euros.

"She's paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now," The Sun quoted Norwegian prosecutor Lars Morten Lothe, as saying.

Winehouse’s spokesman said that she will continue to travel her tour and will perform at Netherlands.

"She was released without charge. The show in Bergen is going ahead as planned,” said the singer's spokesman, Shane O'Neill.

Winehouse has just begun her tour and will travel through Amsterdam, Paris, Glasgow, back to London, then to Dublin and Cardiff before winding up the tour in Manchester on December 13
