Lenalidomide is prescribed to treat multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer), mantle cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and in multiple myeloma after a hematopoietic stem-cell transplant (HCST). Dose adjustment is required in kidney disease. It can pass into vomit, urine, feces, and caregivers should wear gloves.
