Don't - Take Vegetables and Greens Rich in Oxalate
Green leafy vegetables are rich in oxalate. Therefore avoid amaranth(tender), lettuce, ponnanganni, spinach, pulichai keerai(red) or gongura; restrict curry leaves, and mint leaves.
Avoid beetroot, green plantain, plantain flower, plantain stem, and drumstick.
Avoid legumes like horse gram, and soya bean brown
