Medical Computer Society of India is pleased to announce Medical Informatics And Telemedicine Conference 2004 on 10th & 11th December, 2004 at Bangalore, India.

Dear Friends,

The Medical Computer Society of India (MCSI) is pleased to announce its Medical Informatics and Telemedicine Conference 2004. The conference aims to harness technology in order to spread the reach of advancements in healthcare.

Recent advances made in the field of Information Technology have revolutionized every aspect of healthcare from the basic practice of clinical medicine to the overall management of healthcare delivery. This has changed the way medicine is practiced internationally. Major shifts in the tools available to doctors, there reach and the development of seamless service delivery are now on the cards for India too.

Currently, India has the best of computer technocrats and many premier doctors. The MCSI through its platform wishes to revolutionize the country’s healthcare industry besides helping to grow the IT industry along a major new vertical. Our efforts at change must reflect the challenges inherent in bringing millions of patients into the mainstream of healthcare delivery at nominal cost. We envisage an event which will be the first of it’s kind bringing together decision makers and leading practitioners in the sectors of healthcare, IT software, IT hardware and medical insurance. This event will feature presentations from eminent experts of national and international repute on various aspects of medical informatics. There will be an exhibition of products and technologies.

This conference will interest senior constituents involved in healthcare delivery systems, health planning, medical information, medical technology and applicable telecommunication technology. We are confident that you and your organization will benefit greatly from participating in this event. You will have the opportunity of interacting with leading decision makers, opinion leaders and specialists in diverse fields. The registration fee has been heavily subsidized to invite wider participation.

We eagerly look forward to your joining hands with us!
