I have an addicted brother. He's elder to me and we both live in Uganda. Its hard to talk to him since he's senior, everyone else seems to be waiting to rejoice at his death as he terrorises family property. The mentioned fruits are scarce therefore too expensive for a month's consumption in spaces of 4 to 5 hours daily. What can i do to help?
