Mycophenolate mofetil: Know More About The Organ Transplant Medication for Patient Education


Mycophenolate mofetil is prescribed for preventing rejection of organ transplants such as kidney, heart, and liver. It suppresses the immunity of the body and prevents the rejection of transplanted organ by protecting the organ from the attack by the immune system.
