Prevention

Primary Amenorrhea can be prevented in some by following moderation in daily activities and diet and also by avoiding stress

Primary Amennorhea, if caused by a congenital or chromosomal abnormality, cannot be prevented. However it is essential to apply moderation to everyday activities like diet and exercise and follow a healthy regimen. Stress must be prevented and the usage of drugs such as tranquillizers, anti -depressants and steroids must be avoided or minimized to avoid its side effects, one of which is Primary Amennorhea.

hi,i have suffered from same problem ,primary amenorrhea. i m 30 years old .i have small size uterus, was on hormonal therapy for so many years. is there any chances of pregnancy if i get married. plz let me inform any best dr. for this issue.
