Arcade of Struthers: A band of connective tissue at the medial aspect of the distal humerus.Axilla: Also known as armpit, it is the region of the body directly under the joint between the arm and shoulder.
Collarbone: Also known as clavicle, it is a long bone connecting the shoulder blade (scapula) with the breastbone (sternum).
Cyst: An abnormal, benign growth having a sac-like structure filled with fluid, air or a semisolid substance.
Epicondyle: A projection on the condyle (round prominence at the end of a bone) for attachment of muscles.
Guyon’s Canal: Also known as ulnar canal, it is a semi-rigid longitudinal canal at the wrist, through which the ulnar nerve and ulnar artery pass.
Hematoma: Localized collection of blood outside the blood vessels due to disease or trauma.
Humerus: Long bone in the upper arm connecting the shoulder with the elbow.
Osteoarthritis: A type of arthritis that occurs due to wearing-down of the protective cartilage covering the joint between two bones.
Subluxation: An incomplete or partial dislocation.
