Yoga To Improve Mind-Body Health

Practicing yoga and meditation improve the health, both physically and mentally. But, not much is known about the exact mechanism of these practices. A new research article published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience investigates the effects of yoga and meditation on brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), the activity on the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) effects and inflammatory markers.
