This year 21st June 2017 marks the 3rd anniversary of International Yoga Day which was formally declared by the United Nations (UN) General Assembly on 11th December 2014. It is sincerely hoped that by creating awareness about yoga and its numerous benefits on our physical, as well as mental health, and encouraging more and more people to take up the practice of yoga, the overall health and well-being of the global population would improve.
