Many of us may have suffered from back pain that forced us to be confined to the bed at least once in our lifetime. It is also true that many of us adopt poor posture while working, mainly by sitting in uncomfortable and poorly designed chairs that actually harm the back more than we realize. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 25 percent of adults are not active enough and more worrying, more than 80 percent of the adolescent population is not active enough!
