The Rights of People with Disabilities (RPD) Bill 2016 replaces the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995. The new RPD Bill 2016 is by far more inclusive and lists 21 conditions as against the previous bill which listed 7 conditions.
