New Treatment for Rare Lymphoma with Immunotherapy

Gray zone lymphoma, a rare form of lymphoma could respond to immunotherapy using checkpoint inhibitors, according to three case reports, one from University of Colorado Cancer Center using nivolumab, and two from the National Institutes of Health using pembrolizumab. Recent case reports have suggested that treatment with checkpoint inhibitors such as nivolumab, pembrolizumab may be effective in gray zone lymphoma.
