Improving In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Outcomes with Mediterranean Diet

Women who follow a Mediterranean diet at least six months before assisted reproductive treatment have a better chance of becoming pregnant and delivering a healthy baby, finds a study published in the journal Human Reproduction.
