ROCKVILLE, Md., June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Verax Research Services, Inc. (Verax Research™) acquired Domaine Global, LLC on May 4, 2018 in a private transaction. The one-month transition of the company is now complete. Domaine Global, LLC has been renamed Verax eMarketplace, LLC and will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verax Research Services, Inc.
Chief Executive Officer, Garrett W. Lindeman, PhD, stated, "Verax recognizes the U.S. market need for a systematic secure process to buy and sell quality certified Hemp constituent raw materials." Dr. Lindemann further stated, "Verax acquired Domaine Global, LLC to provide this additional infrastructure service for Verax clients. Through this acquisition, Verax optimizes the Domaine developed certification system for nutritional supplement raw materials and finished product transactions through a 3-tier secure merchant account transactional architecture."
Chairman of the Board, J. Randall Hoggle, DPh, RPh, MBA, stated, "Dr. Lindemann and his management team are maintaining Verax Research Services singular objective: Ensure hemp research and product development leads to safe and effective healthcare products." Dr. Hoggle, reinforced the Board's understand that "to accomplish this objective, Verax Research is providing research, product development and raw material testing, as well as validation and certification of Hemp constituent raw materials for Verax's pharmaceutical and other healthcare product development and manufacturer clients."
The Verax eMarketplace Transaction System infrastructure will serve as the backbone system for the Verax eMarketplace @Hopkins for hemp constituent transactions between its Verax eMarketplace certified seller and buyer members. The Verax eMarketplace will be available by July 2018 for Verax Clients.
Verax adds this fourth eMarketplace asset to the three company investments, intellectual property transfers and licensure agreements announced in the May 21, 2018 press release. The other three company's transactions included the licenses for the Cannocopeia database from Vitreon America, Inc., Raw Materials and Finished Product Procurement Systems from Product Safety Assurance Services, Inc. and Advasur, LLC product raw materials and finished product pedigree and product auditing systems.
