Joining the board of leading scientists and doctors from around the world, Dr. Lipski will bring to uBiome 30 years of experience in integrative nutrition and functional health education. Dr. Lipski's mission is to play a part in bringing nutrition, food, and lifestyle into the center of medicine by mentoring clinicians and training new nutrition professionals. She is an educator at the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Metabolic Medicine Institute and serves on the boards for the Accreditation Council for Nutrition Professional Education, Autism Hope Alliance, and Certified International Health Coaches. She is published in peer-reviewed journals and is the author of four books on digestive health, including, "Digestive Wellness." In addition, she co-authored the gastrointestinal chapter for the American Board of Integrative Health and Medicine on study guide, and was a contributing author to "Integrative Gastroenterology."
