Like her recent talk radio show guest, Dr. Jason Hao, practitioner of the ancient Chinese technique of acupuncture, new water technology researcher Sharon Kleyne is passionately interested in finding cures rather than masking symptoms of disease, addiction and sickness. Kleyne's guest, Dr. Jason Hao, has multiple degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Hao, disciple of the legendary Jiao Shunfa, founder of Chinese scalp acupuncture, Yu Zhishun, professor of scalp acupuncture development, and Sun Shentian, professor of scalp acupuncture research, has been teaching classes and seminars in scalp acupuncture and acupuncture in the West since 1989. He has taught scalp acupuncture seminars sponsored by UCLA and Stanford for the last nine years and gave a noted scalp acupuncture seminar at Walter Reed Medical Center where he demonstrated scalp acupuncture treatment of phantom limb pain for veterans. Hao's case histories have been printed in the U.S. Army publication Stripes, in Alternative Therapies and in China Daily.
Kleyne and Hao are closely following recent brain science for additional clues to treating a host of diseases and addictions and finding cures for them. "All of our activities are controlled by the brain," says Hao. "When something goes wrong it is usually a nerve issue."
Kleyne adds that the nerve endings and electrolytic connection between the brain and earth's water atmosphere can be interfered with, thus contributing to neural and brain health issues. Hao agrees, "saying that recent studies have led to a better understanding of acupuncture's benefits beyond pain relief. "Work on the central nervous system can change brain activity," says Hao. "We can now rewire nerves and remap the brain. We have more than 30 billion nerve endings in the nervous system and they are all communicating."
Kleyne and Hao note that veterans everywhere and more than millions of children with autism worldwide can and should benefit from acupuncture and scalp acupuncture. "At acupuncture conferences," says Kleyne, "insurance companies should be invited so that they can become educated and see how much money they would save if they covered acupuncture treatments."
"We have had great success," adds Hao, "treating patients with acupuncture who suffer from PTSD, Parkinson's, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, paralysis, lost limbs and anxiety."
