Pina joins Cognosante from Thales Defense & Security, Inc. where she led the Systems Solutions Group in contractual and business operations for the Navy, Air Force, and other DoD customers. Preceding Thales, Pina served as one of Leidos, Inc. Civil Group Operation's Associate Director of Contracts for over 13+ years (inclusive of 10 years at Lockheed Martin IS&GS) where she was responsible for more than $5B in contract value, guided a team of contract managers, led M&A activities, and managed winning proposal negotiations for Federal, Commercial, and International contracts.
Pina has also received special recognition awards for excellence from previous companies, former customers such as Department of Homeland Security and key industry partners such as General Services Administration.
