RESTON, Va., Jan. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Practicing Clinicians Exchange® (PCE), an innovative, multichannel educational provider created specifically for nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs), announced today that it has entered a partnership with SPAR, a society dedicated to the advancement of Physician Assistants in Rheumatology.
PCE is the premier jointly accredited provider of accredited continuing education for NPs and PAs, and SPAR is the only society focused exclusively on PAs in rheumatology. PCE and SPAR will collaborate and deliver innovative live and online activities designed to meet the educational needs of PAs and NPs who specialize in treating rheumatological disorders.
Together, through this long-term exclusive agreement, PCE and SPAR join their significant forces to develop educational programs for this growing group of healthcare professionals (HCPs) during a time when so much has changed within the specialty of rheumatology medicine. Additionally, the current shortage of specialty physicians means NPs and PAs play a critical and expanded role in providing specialty care. The collaboration will include online activities, but will be anchored by a Rheumatology Bootcamp, exclusively designed for these specialty HCPs.
