Over the past 25 years, The Pathfinder Network has been a leading presence as a service provider and justice reform advocate in Oregon. With a commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice, The Pathfinder Network has collectively served over 40,000 justice system-impacted individuals and families across the state of Oregon. A recently launched equity initiative reflects the organization's goal of advancing equity and inclusion both within the organization and the communities it serves.

The Pathfinder Network's work as a contractor with the Oregon Department of Corrections has grown from facilitating cognitive programming to facilitating Parenting Inside Out (PIO), operating the Program of HOPE drug and alcohol treatment program and Moving On Cognitive Programming for women at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility, and offering prevention and intervention programming for the special housing population at Snake River Correctional Institution.

In the community, at its Center for Family Success in Multnomah County, The Pathfinder Network offers parenting classes, reentry mentoring support for mothers and fathers, early childhood home visiting, gender-responsive trauma interventions, case management, and mentoring and intervention programs for children of justice-involved parents.

Reaching beyond the state's borders, The Pathfinder Network markets and sells the Parenting Inside Out curriculum, helps agencies successfully implement the curriculum, and now has a presence in 33 states, Australia and Canada.
