CHICAGO, Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced that it has been selected by the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) to complete a Feasibility, Alternatives, and Cost/Benefit Analysis for the modernization of the Agency's child support system.
DCSS is engaging CSG to help assess options for modernizing its child support system to align with the Agency's strategic goals and improve service delivery throughout the State. CSG is conducting requirements definition, business process reengineering, alternatives analysis, and cost/benefit analysis to support DCSS decision-making for the enhancement or replacement of the system.
