Conscious Discipline's two-day workshops are facilitated in locations across the country by founder and SEL pioneer Dr. Becky Bailey and Master Instructors with extensive experience in teaching, training and successful SEL implementation. Workshops provide an in-depth focus on specific SEL-related topics and incorporate interactive lectures, discussion and practice of new skills and knowledge. Conscious Discipline has a proven track record of success spanning more than 20 years, with outcomes including a positive shift in school culture, reduced discipline referrals, improved academics and test scores, increased teaching time and low staff turnover.

"Conscious Discipline is life-changing. It is the best training I've attended in my 12 years of teaching," said educator Elizabeth Bracken. "I've been to a seven-day training and two workshops, and it never gets old. I always walk away feeling reinvigorated and ready to try something new and productive."

Registration for Conscious Discipline events now features both Individual and Team options. Team Registration, intended for groups of two or more, offers helpful tools for schools and districts bringing groups to events, including a more convenient checkout process and the ability to invite attendees and manage seats within the Team.
