Unlike conventional tests, which measure your ability to hear "beep sounds" at various frequencies and volumes, the ZVOX test measures your ability to understand the human voice in a noisy environment. Developed by hearX Group, a South African digital hearing company, the new test is based on a recently published study of hearing assessment.
