Execs from Wildfire Interactive, Pantheon, Livefyre and LinkedIn join start-up to scale operations and technology while growing market share

To accelerate this already strong customer growth and retention, Worklete is strengthening its leadership team with the addition of four executives who have proven track records growing and scaling successful start-ups.

  • ? Curtis Kroeker, Chief Operating Officer - Curtis brings over 15 years of experience leading and growing SaaS, marketplace and AI businesses for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Curtis served as General Manager of IDEXX Data -- an AI/ML business serving pharmaceutical and nutrition companies through enterprise partnerships. His prior experience includes leading the vehicles business for eBay, serving as President of Marketplace Verticals at the CoStar Group, driving partnerships for Wildfire Interactive (acquired by Google) as VP, Business Development, and serving as the CEO of Scripted. Curtis holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS Commerce from the University of Calgary.

Scott Crawford, VP of Sales - Scott Crawford brings more than 25 years of experience developing, executing and managing sales, alliances and business development plans for software and services. He has held leadership positions in North America, Asia and Europe. Scott's experience spans sales leadership roles at Pantheon, Boomi (acquired by Dell), Ascential Software (acquired by IBM), i2 Technologies (acquired by JDA) and Inforte (IPO). Scott holds an MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BBA in Information Systems from James Madison University.

Kristin Hersant, VP of Marketing - Kristin Hersant joins Worklete with more than 20 years of experience managing successful integrated marketing programs to build brands, raise awareness and generate demand. Hersant was vice president of marketing for Livefyre, where she fueled the company's rapid growth in the three years leading up to its acquisition by Adobe. Hersant's start-up marketing experience includes marketing leadership roles at Linqia, StrongView (acquired by Selligent), Mindjet and L90. Hersant holds a BA in History from UCLA.

Annie Dean, VP of Customer Success - Annie has over 20 years of experience leading teams, supporting customers and driving operational excellence at mission-driven startups and large enterprise companies alike. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations and Success for Whil Concepts, where she created and led the Customer Success program, overseeing customer retention and channel enablement. Annie's experience includes customer-centric leadership positions at Coursera, LinkedIn (acquired by Microsoft), Cisco, Arte Florum and Bed Bath & Beyond.
