The only way to make that happen is to give everyone on staff whether veteran or newbie an introduction/refresher course on all our policies standards for work and resources. This training happens regularly and includes all levels of the company. This way our personnel can be confident that the information that they give to customers will be backed up by supervisory and support staff. We have always run seminar series here at but with a larger group and more variety in the services we offer we can keep the conference room busy nearly all the time. Seminars on customer service seminars on dealing with clients with learning differences or disabilities and language classes are just the start.
