SUNRISE, Fla., Jan. 21 Wolf Medical Supply, Inc. was granted an important favorable ruling by the Court of Appeals in their ongoing litigation with I-Flow Corporation, a division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, regarding the Redi-Flo(TM) Infusion Pump. Wolf Medical can now sell the Redi-Flo(TM) Infusion Pump throughout the United States.

On December 17, 2009, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit granted Wolf Medical Supply's motion staying a preliminary injunction regarding the Redi-Flo(TM) Infusion Pump. The injunction was issued by the District Court for the Central District of California after I-Flow argued that its U.S. Patent Number 5,284,481 was valid, enforceable, and infringed by the Redi-Flo(TM) infusion pump.

Wolf Medical always believed that it does not infringe I-Flow's '481 Patent and that the '481 Patent is invalid and unenforceable. With the ruling of December 17, 2009, Wolf Medical is now free to market and sell the Redi-Flo(TM) Infusion Pump.
"We appreciate the decision of the Appeals Court. It is an enormous relief as we are now able to properly satisfy our customers needs," says company President Gary Woolfson.
