Vizion partnered with Progressive Medical Management of Batesville, LLC, Whitwell Holdings, LLC, and Java Medical Group on this acquisition. Panola is divided into two campuses; one campus is a 55-bed medical hospital and the second campus is a 57-bed acute care psychiatric hospital.

CEO Mark Schneider has over four decades of operating a broad spectrum of behavioral health facilities. Dr. Ann Miller, a recognized national expert in the substance abuse treatment industry, is Vizion's Chief Development Officer. Willow Crest is a 50-bed acute care psychiatric hospital and Moccasin Bend Ranch is a 28-bed residential treatment. Both facilities treat children and adolescents. Vizion's portfolio also includes Fort Behavioral Health, a 133-bed newly renovated, state-of-the-art behavioral health facility in Fort Worth, Texas which treats both substance abuse and children with autism. Fort Behavioral opened on March 4, 2019.
