The two-year contract, which includes integration with YNHHS's Epic electronic health record, enables YNHHS to centralize its medication assistance workflows onto a single, cloud-based platform. The improved efficiency, along with Vivor's ability to proactively identify financial assistance options across hundreds of nationally available programs, will allow the Medication Assistance Program to reach far more patients than it can today. Vivor has projected that YNHHS will be able to offset millions of dollars per year in patient out-of-pocket costs.
