PEABODY, Mass. - August 12, 2010 - The Seven Hills Behavioral Institute, located in Henderson, Nevada today named Vince Variale as its Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Seven Hills Behavioral Institute provides adolescent and adult psychiatric treatment and alcohol and drug addiction treatment.

Mr. Variale brings more than 25 years of financial and administrative experience in the healthcare industry to his position with the Seven Hills facility. Prior to joining Seven Hills, he was CEO, for Iasis Healthcare, North Vista Hospital, Las Vegas, where he drove organic growth, worked collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals and successfully managed accreditation and healthcare surveys. Before being named CEO, he was COO and CFO, respectively, at Iasis and implemented corporate strategies, ensured profitability and managed all financial reporting, information systems and material management functions. Prior to Iasis, Mr. Variale held a variety of CFO positions with healthcare organizations in Nevada and Tennessee. He has also consulted to healthcare providers for operational and financial support in the hospital and corporate environments and began his career as an auditor with a major accounting firm.
