In this key leadership role, Ms. Trasti will be responsible for developing a program within Villa Healthcare that drives the organization's commitment to managed care and value-based collaboration, which is engagement and cooperation between organizations based on shared principles and overlapping objectives.
Ms. Trasti will also spearhead Villa's efforts to create and evolve relationships with health systems, hospitals and accountable care organizations. She will also work closely with Villa Healthcare's Operations, Clinical Services and Business Development leadership teams to craft and execute strategies that advance the organization's strengths and competitive advantages.
